It's an exotic rocket launcher. I could see the nerf happening if it was a legendary that was OP but come on. What's the excitement of trying to get one anymore if all these guns keep getting buffed and nerfed until every gun is the same. Being able to demolish enemies with the right exotic at the right time is what makes these exotics so special. Bungie seems like they're trying to make every gun the same so it's fair for everyone. They're exotics for a reason and should be moderately OP compared to other guns of the same class. That's what makes them so special and so exciting when you finally get them
