I got an email from PlayStation the other day with this offer.
In the UK Paypal (not sure if world wide) is doing a office with PSN. Transfer £50 from Paypal to PSN account and get £10 off.

I also had this email. Although it's is a good offer if you're going to spend that money on psn anyway, I closed my paypal account due to multiple cockups made by them. Personal experience though, lots of others may of found PayPal just fine.
