It will still be the only sniper in the game that you can shoot continuously uninterrupted. And it still has the one of the highest impacts. They just made it so that you can't shoot it endlessly. But it's not a big deal. Yes black hammer is fun. Yes we will miss it. But objectively, being able to shoot endlessly and continuously without losing any ammo is the sign of a broken weapon. I remember when I first heard about how black hammer works, and I couldn't even believe how good it was. It didn't even sound right to me.
