Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Is 18 shots really not enough for you? Kill stuff with black hammer, when you run out kill stuff with primary and heavy pick up more special and keep killing stuff with black hammer. It's not hard
