The point of the patch is to balance. Black hammer is the only PvE sniper you should ever use as of right now. That isn't balance. New patch will allow different snipers to shine in different situations. PvE in this game is already stupid easy. At least they are adding some variety to it. Everyone and their mother runs fatebringer/found verdict or black hammer/ghally in high level pve content. There's no reason not to. And that isn't balance, it's boring.

Unfortunately, it's still going to be boring because the content is predicable and repetitive. They need to fix the content and then weapons changes may not be as important to "balance".
