Why does everyone Hate Dreg's Promise?
why? its a solid gun with the right weapon/armor perks. whats so bad about it?

It feels so inconsistent. I know I need to lead targets a bit using it, but sometime I feel I'm leading the target perfectly and no bullets hit while at other time it instantly melts the enemy doing the exact same thing.
