Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?

I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

The reason why they nerfed it is because people like you use the gun to destroy pve content in a matter of minutes and complain "I'm bored these fights suck and destiny lacks content."
