Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Nerfing Gjally so people can't carry others as easily, plus nerfing things like Ice Breaker and Black Hammer that can help players who don't yet have Gjally. Bungie doesn't even make sense. I don't see how they are helping anyone. If you're a new player and you get Ice Breaker you're -blam!-ing pumped.
