Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Slightly too good of DPS for a legendary. The nerf was horribly done though. 3 crits return ammo to inventory or only price once every x seconds. The current nerf makes the weapon effectively useless compared to other similar snipers.
