Change the white nail perk to 3 consecutive hits instead of precision hits and then it may make more sense to just simply reload your weapon for you. I don't give two shits about an auto reload for the time it takes for 3 precision shots. The cool down between shots is pretty similar to a quick reload spec anyway. Just an idiotic move on bungies part. To the people saying its at an exotic level, get the -blam!- with it. EVERYTHING is on an exotic level because necro sucks ass. Does that mean everything should be nerfed? Raid legendaries are SUPPOSED to be end game elite content. Something to chase after and earn. They are BETTER than exotics because you can equip other exotics or all three raid weapon slots and have powerful useful guns. The comparable to exotic argument is laughable at best. Give any other defense to its nerf and I would love to talk about that maturely. But don't waste my time with idiotic exotic arguments.

  • the thing was the infinite ammo, u keep hitting precision hits and staggering some bosses, and u never run out of ammo that's what made BH so OP

  • Yes, quite aware of that. That was the sole purpose of the perk however, so I'm unsure where you're going with that other than the obvious point that the perk created infinite ammo against PVE content which lacks enough creativity to make any boss any less than a bullet sponge. With bullet sponge bosses with no mechanics it makes sense to reward skilled users with quicker victories, not slap them in the face with a reload speed that can be obtained any number of ways (weapon perks, armor perks, class builds, etc.). Sense when does OP content even matter in PVE? Like what sort of cry baby is that affected that they must cry for nerfs just because they don't have a weapon? No one requires black hammer for raids... And people are always going to prefer members have the best weapons for whatever raid so it's just going to shift the weapon preference to any other weapon that others have, maybe weapons that are even more difficult and expensive to get due to asking for perfect rolls, random drops as compared against running the easiest -blam!-ing raid in the game a few times a week.
