Other snipers will now be better then it and it will basically make black hammer useless. Mulligan and middle tree perks are just too bad to justify using it over another legendary.

You mean firing 18 shots continuously with stunlock isn't good enough. Wow.

You can't always fire 18 shots continuously and as long you need to pick up ammo there are better perks to get on a sniper. No its not completely useless or a terrible sniper now, but I think there are much better options after the nerf.

Cmon the thing will still be the best sniper against bosses such as sepiks (however you spell it), walkers and I personally use it against atheon. It's a slow boss killing specialist. But for anything else I agree there are better options

We will have to wait and see, but I think a spear with surplus, field scout, and final round may be a better option. You can snipe adds without feeling like the one decent perk is being wasted. Although those perks are no longer available.
