Then instead of breaking the gun perhaps they should think about fixing the bosses mechanics. I can think of plenty of ways they could do this. Or even just have the white nail perk proc 2 times and then u must reload, that would be more reasonable and make everyone happy right there.

They didn't break the gun at all, they increased its ammo capacity. How hard is it to go get special ammo after you run out and go right back to your spot. They just want to make fights more engaging

Yea they increased it to 18...was previously 15 honestly not much of a diff

Doesn't matter, you could still pick up special ammo boxes. Plus you could also pop a special ammo synthesis. It doesn't change your gameplay at all, it just lets you make the decision of wether to pop a synthesis and keep shooting or be active and go get some special ammo boxes

That's quite true but in that case why did the gun need a nerf if ugameplay didn't change?

Just to add consequence for sitting in one spot, they made you take the choice of popping a synthesis or getting special ammo instead of just sitting in one spot with no consequences.
