Right now: TLW with a good player dominates Thorn.
In 2.0: MIDA with a good player will dominate Thorn.
Thorn is a crutch for the weak. The good players don't screw with that gun now much less after the 2 shot kills are gone.

I've been using thorn since before the nerf and loved it then, I will probably still use it after 2.0. But at the same time as I'm on Xbox that spot will probably go to hawkmoon or a new exotic from taken king
