I don't think 1/5 is an accurate estimate tbf. In the Sepiks strike, the only parts where it is useful is the walker and Sepiks. Dragon strikes: Walker: Takes 30 seconds with BH, now any other sniper will take 1 minute to 1 minute and a half if all players are sniping for real (not just playing casually or for giggles). Sepiks: Takes 1 minute with BH, now any other sniper + heavy (since you will run out of special) will take 1 minute and a half to 2 minutes. The increase is only by 2 minutes, 3 minutes at most. There are still the 3 waves in the beginning where the BH is absolutely useless and using a shottie is preferred. So that would mean the actual decrease (percentage) in playing time is even less. So while with BH we can shave off completion to 5-6 minutes, without it would be 7-8 minutes. That's not a lot at all. And this is just a boring as heck dragon strike. Now NF? BH would only be used on walker and solar burn for Sepiks because otherwise you're better off with void/arc snipers or whatever modifier is on at the time. Plus, with all the adds, you're gonna need to watch out for them instead of chaining shots infinitely like in dragon strikes. Finally, Gally trumps BH against Sepiks anyway so there is no point in using BH there unless you run out of heavy. The considerable saving time is only from the walker then. So you're saving 1-2 minutes on average in that strike. Wow. Such a broken weapon. This is situational at best, other strikes it's not even that useful and in raids it's only useful against Atheon while PoE only against the few bosses where you have to watch out for adds anyway. All in all, it helps you shave an average of 2-3 minutes per activity. Each end-game activity takes an average of 15-30 minutes. Saying that BH can help shave off time to 1/5 is simply not accurate, it increases completion rate by maybe 10-15% and only in specific sections. Now Gally yeah, that is fairly accurate. But BH is situational and doesn't save a lot of time in the grand scheme of things.
