The games ESRB is teen meaning you have to be 13 years or older to buy it anyone below had their parents buy it and they shouldn't be playing it in the first place.
Ratings are there for a reason we should rely on them.

Pretty sure a Teen rating is 16 in America considering Destiny is 16 in Europe.

Teen is 13+ in the states

Still 13+ is alright considering my voice broke when I was 13.
