Content. It's no larger than previous DLC's but double the price.

OK, it's got a raid (allegedly at least as big as VoG), and new strikes, and more story than either CE or HoW. So that names it at least as large as previous dlcs. And its got a new patrol area, and new subclasses for each character. So that makes it larger than the previous dlcs. Whether it's worth $40 is a different matter. It's not, however, worth £40 - which is what they want me to pay. So I won't. Not because I won't get £40 worth of play out of it, but because it sets a bad precedence for Activision's pricing...

Where did you hear that bullshit?

Edited by Shaft62702: 7/19/2015 6:44:03 PMI didn't hear it, I can see it with the information bungie has released. New guns, armor, and a subclass have almost no monetary value. All we are left with is 1 raid (dark below had 1 raid) a ship and some new missions on mercury (not even patrol missions). A few strikes (most of them we already paid for in the previous DLC's but are just getting them because of sony contract). Adding a glow to ADS does not make them new, it makes them recycled with a glow.

Adding new AI and a new skin makes them new. A whole new patrol area filled with loot. Missions on Phobos, Mercury, and the Dreadnaught. More missions and strikes than both the smaller dlcs combined. 3+ crucible gamemodes. More than 4 multiplayer maps(I don't have a number for those.). Redesigned and rethought weapon designs that aren't reskins of old weapons and actually have something tondo with their producers. Their "Biggest Raid Yet". Strikes that are redesigned and rethought so that the bosses aren't just bullet sponges.

Edited by BestHandsMagee: 7/19/2015 6:39:28 PMA couple missions, 2 NEW strikes (not counting strikes out for a year on another console or 1s that were re hashed), 1 raid, no new planet or moon (new area is a ship)(at least HoW got the Reef), 1 subclass for each class (should have been in game by now, seriously), did I miss anything? If I didnt it is no bigger than previous Dlcs.
