The changes are too minimal to make a difference either way. The bosses are just huge bullet stones that we've killed a thousand times before.

I mean it is the only sniper that can outperform IB in PvE content, and when a legendary is outperforming an exotic in the exotics style of gameplay you know the gun is broken

Black Hammer is very situational. If you don't have a stationary boss then it's basically useless

False, I've had people clear out aksor in 3 minutes by stunlocking him the entire time. Same with omnigil
