Because now absolutely nothing has changed. Plus the only boss you actually get the chance to land that many consecutive shots us the tank on the Valus strike and even then he's shooting insta kill AOE shots in your direction.
It's like you people have never once actually used the gun. You guys are so stupid I'm leaving this thread and never coming back

If the full team is using Black Hammers on the tank the tank can still be killed using nothing but BH. Most players have 200+ Special Ammo Synths, so why not use one after taking down the sub-boss? There is absolutely nothing wrong with 2.0 weapon balancing.
