I'm just as livid and unhappy about the next guy on Black Hammer's nerf. But I do think I know 'why' they did it. It pretty much made every new lengendary sniper obsolete-- PvE speaking, why use any other sniper besides BH or IB for 98% of situations? They possibly nerfed these two to try even the playing field for other snipers that I constantly overlook and dismantle because of the two TITAN snipers. I don't agree with this move, but I have come to that conclusion on why they'd nerf them both.
