The BH was very situational. Only really great for slow moving or stationary enemies. That makes me wonder why they even bothered nerfing it? Yeah, it was great against Fallen Walkers, Tank Bro, and Crota boomers but other than that, it was just a low ammo, slow firing sniper. I'm thinking they might've nerfed it because they nerfed the IceBreaker. They couldn't leave BH as it was after the IB was nerfed.
