Well If you do leave destiny you have to fill that void in your life with something else you enjoy otherwise you will just come back. I would say that I am addicted to destiny as well. It is all I think about mostly which isn't healthily and the way I am going to quit Destiny is not buy TTK or just sell the destiny which ever. But at the moment I don't have anything to replace it with so that's the point. In a couple of months we will be building our first house and then I will have something to fill my time in with, so I will probably stop then.
Another thing you could do is delete a character so you only have two to do everything on each week that is 1/3 less time you need to spend on Destiny
