I think they are trying stretch the grind across the content with less affective weapons. Just my view from the friends I play with but Poe isn't fun after a few times. I can't put a six man team together for a raid off my friends list anymore. Seems like people got bored to fast so they are slowing down how fast we burn through content. I hope you are correct though.
