Ok so Bungie is giving it another go with the weapon re-balancing, it seems everytime they attempt this, they do more harm than good. However, nearly a year later, and lag is still horrendous in PvP and continues to get worst as time goes by, Local match making or connection match making is non existent in Crucible or IB. They say they do this for ToO but I have my doubts when I see so many people always red barring in ToO. And Cheating is still rampant without any serious crack down. It is great that they are trying to balance out the weapons, but the biggest imbalance in the game is when a guy who lags get a an advantage over the guy who has perfect connection. Try balancing that Bungie. Or when you are put into a game with bunch of people from Europe, Asia, or Australia instead being matched with people from North America or vice versa. Even if they get this weapon balancing down, which I doubt this patch will do, it is still super frustrating trying to play a laggy PvP match all the time.
