people get hung up on the immigration issue... i say just shock and awe annex mexico, get rid of the cartels aka mexican governments by sheer force of the USAF and USMC with a few Armored Divisions, give mexicans citizenship without a vote as a semi-autonomous territory like PR or guam, and be done with it in about 7 years.
