Okay I definitely agree with you there. But the nerf to Black Hammer makes it obsolete. Useless is a bit harsh but it will be much worse than a good roll on a Spear/Benevolence or any other new legendary sniper that comes out in TTK.
So what's the difference between Black Hammer and Fatebringer? Both are exclusive legendaries of raids, both were pretty hard to obtain when it first came out. Why the exclusive treatment to Black Hammer?

It has a special perk, FB doesn't; that's all I can think of. I disagree with the nerf, but I understand why it was done. Also, I will never use a Spear in PvE over BH. Even post nerf. It's just to precious to me.
