I'm sorry. If they feel like Black Hammer is too powerful, and outclasses other exotics...then don't ruin the gun, just MAKE IT AN EXOTIC. This isn't rocket science! You can't tag team it with Gally anymore, which is part of the problem, as that's the ultimate boss killing combo. Why ruin the fun? Lower the drop rate, make it an exotic, and let the community enjoy what they have, instead of throwing the community up in arms? WHY!?
