Signed & bumped These r both skill based pve weapons theyre not a crucible issue begging for a nerf... Ya theyre monsters if used correctly & can ease difficult situations or save u during juggler modes but theyre by no means in the same problem category as ghorn ( not that i saw any probs w it) but c'mon ... Blackhammer has to turn into any other sniper? Icebreaker already regens relatively slow i hardly equipped it after the last nerf cuz ammo became scarce with it too quickly ..
