Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Did you see how fast some bosses were going down? It wasn't nerfed because of complaints, it was nerfed because it was a massive outlier to an otherwise [i]mostly[/i] balanced PvE.
