I hit the comment button, not the "post my name because I signed it." You do not make the rules of how BUNGIE'S forum works. Ice Breaker can have a nerf, but black hammer got wrecked. end of story. If you are really that lacking of power and desire such things count my name as .5 instead of 1.

In order to have an accurate representation of a petition, true validity, and reliability of information, no you cannot do what you want. Take a research class and then you will learn that you are not in control of petitions and how they represent numbers. If you want Bungie to take you seriously you have to be serious instead of acting like a child with a magnifying glass and this petition is your ant.
