Two other solutions I would suggest would be to: 1) Make it an Exotic: It has a unique perk that no other gun in the game has, so if someone wants to use it make it take an Exotic slot. 2) Exchange Mulligan for Shoot to Loot: It kinda removes the vibe of the weapon but solves bungies problem of infinitely stunlocking bosses
