Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

It's to prevent people from abusing it perks when coming to a boss. For example if you use black hammer in aksor. You can just keep shooting and stunning him. As long as you can land critical shots you can never run out if ammo.
