Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

It was a legendary that was overpowering an exotic that was supposed to function similarly. On the plus side, this means current weapons will be viable for a while longer
