If you're one of those, "I'm requiring Gjallerhorn now," guys, just stop.
Lemme make this real simple: Bungie nerfs the Gjallerhorn because Raid groups were too stubborn about who can and can't join their games, basically who has Gjallerhorn and who doesn't.
The scummy part of this community goes, "Durr hurr, I'm gonna require Gjallerhorn even more now to teach Bungie a lesson!"
Bungie says, "It looks like Gjallerhorn is [i]still[/i] the go-to weapon for Raid groups, so we're gonna nerf it some more."
[b][i]REPEAT THIS CYCLE UNTIL YOU IDIOTS LEARN THAT BEING A JERK TO PEOPLE OVER A WEAPON IN A VIDEOGAME IS PATHETIC AND WRONG.[/i][/b]
But by all means, if you're so afraid to do endgame content without Gjallerhorn, be my guest, and get your precious rocket launcher nerfed into the ground.

Those whiny bitches simply needed to make their own team and get on with it if it was that big a deal Fact is those people whined because they hoped it would result in bungie gifting it

I have a gjallahorn. I literally just got mine a few days ago. It does damage. That's it. Nothing to it. Just like any other weapon.

1 ReplyI dont have Gjallarhorn and i dont really care about it. But it was messed up when players required it for raids. Seriously, a weapon does not tell how skilled you are. You can have a Gjally and not have any skills. But thats what happens when we abuse our power and priveledge that Bungie gives us. They can take it away also. Dont bite the hand that feeds you.

Just form your own raid groups without gallies. That is unless your afraid to complete end game activities without a few gjallarhorns doing some heavy lifting for you. 2/3 players don't have it so it should be no problem forming a group.

1 ReplyDay one player who just got Gjallarhorn a couple weeks ago for the first time. Before I got Gjallarhorn I'd completed every PvP activity from story missions to hard mode raids. Don't get me wrong, it's an awesome weapon. It's fun to use. The nerf kinda sucks but oh well. But to require it in a team... that's just lame haha. Just find a good group of friends to play with so you don't have to deal with LFG BS.

Your forgetting the so called newbies who lie way to often about going through a raid and then you unfortunately have to kick them and then they go tell bungie it's a never ending cycle remember when all of us actually had to work to become 32 house of wolves has completely ruined it when the newbies accept that fact and say hey iv never been through a raid and say I want to learn ..... it may never change but house of wolves has ruined what we all felt together the struggle was real and to compensate the lies from people they require you to have so and so w.e to play so you at least no alil but ulas they still don't know the stuggle not being an ass just stating
