Woah no.... They nerded him because he was -blam!-ing everyone's day up.... And they didn't even nerd him per se... They took burns away and lowered his health a smidge.....

No he wasnt. With a good group you could gjally/ snipe him and dismantle the mines after you have killed him. Solar burn with 3 gjallys was a joke.
