Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Yeah you cannot nerf the black hammer. It's bad in PvP but useful in PvE with a good eye so why should it be nerfed.
