Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

I'm a little unhappy about the nerf, but I suppose you could say it's an exotic level perk on a legendary weapon. They could have keep it the same, and made it exotic.
