Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

8 RepliesIt's still going to be the best pve sniper. 18 consecutive shots, then grab ammo. Repeat. I'm not positive about the 18 bullet reserve but whatever it is, it's still an awesome gun.
