Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

3 RepliesPeople will justify it with the following- "it's a legendary weapon with an exotic perk" BS if you ask me. The perk requires skill to activate.
