I don't like that justifing it, because it's a legendary, but a raid legendary. So,that are in between that mark of legendary and exotic. Also, the fact that raid weapons are suppose to be on a simular level as exotics, just not to take up the exotic slot. But fore me I like most raid weapons, better then exotic, especially when it comes to primary weapons with them having a burn on it which only a few exotics have that on primary weapons.
