As a legendary, it is better then most exotics, and that just sadly isnt right

It's a raid legendary though. They are supposed to be better than other legendaries do to having specific perks to help with the raids they are for, making them an exotic type, just only taking up a legendary slot.

But not to be used over any other exotics! If you have good accuracy then you actually have unlimited ammo always in the magazine with that gun!

Yeah, but if you don't get all precise shots off and miss a couple time you run out really quick, because it a smaller reserve then most sniper's. I thought it was a good reasonable perk. The only thing that it was too easy on are fallen walkers. Other then that, it had to take some skill to always pull it off to have unlimited ammo.
