Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

It was a legendary that was to good. But they made the gun.. Soooo idk why they're mad and why they're waiting this long to nerf it. Could be they're nerfing all the good old guns so the new shit guns seem less bad.
