Anytime I'm looking on LFG and someone says "must have gally" I just don't join them, because they're obviously lazy and stupid. If you need a gjallarhorn to do anything in this game then I don't want to play with you, and yall shouldn't want to play with them either. There are plenty of others posts on lfg, go join them.

Edited by Legend of Jordy: 7/18/2015 5:16:20 PMSo I did Skolas without anyone having Gjallarhorn expect me... It didn't work. After 40 minutes of frustration my teammates had to leave. I stayed and recruited two players with Gjallarhorn, downed him less than 10 minutes. I'm going to start requiring it before the Nerf hits... It's too risky going all the way to Skolas just to realize you can't complete 35 PoE after 1h30m. It's less I want it done faster and more I don't want to spend almost 2 hours getting to a boss my Fireteam cannot defeat. No checkpoints are the biggest problem.

You don't even need rockets for skolas. People are lazy, you can take him down with crappy weapons it's the mechanics that need to be managed that requires any skill.

I did it being the only one with gjallarhorn and the other two had hunger of crota.

Well I guess my team was just completely broken. We couldn't get Skolas even half way.

Well they removed the burns so it is still freaking near impossible with random groups.

What people should put on lfg is "must have completed Skolas before" if they're looking to do it quickly lol

Exactly. My favorite is people saying they have gally for Vog and I avoid them like the plague. If you advertise ghorn for VOG you are a noob and a douche.
