Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

The ability to camp and not have to look for ammo is what bungie is trying to fix. Hence why BH will now run out of ammo and IB will take longer to recharge.
