Btw the only time people were being exclusive was in crota for awhile. Even then it was more of a thing to piss whiners off. Nobody even plays crota anymore and if they do the exclusiveness is in the past. It actually helps include people because you only need a couple shots from it so anyone with a weaker rocket launcher can be made up for. You're "fixing" a dead issue.
