You understand that Bungie would be bankrupt without last gen, right? Like, no offense, but, that's pretty obvious.

They already made all the stacks of cash from halo so no, I don't really understand. Past gen has some fun games but ultimately will hold back game development as long as games are made for both

A lot of players play on next gen, a lot play on last gen. Most new players play on last gen, and the more dedicated bunch play on next gen. My point is that last gen consoles still give Sony and Microsoft a ton of money. But, almost every new game coming out requires a next gen console, so worry no more about limitations.

Yeah that's true. Like destiny 2 probably will only be for Xbox one and ps4 would be my bet. Hardcore gamers will eventually upgrade to better systems and casual will play the older gen consoles
