This will only make things worse unfortunately. All they had to do was better the clusterbomb function on the legendary RLs and make it closer to the GHorn. If you put a second delay after the initial hit of a Hunger of Crota and increase the number of clusters it would be more effective. Now that you nerfed the damage, doesnt that mean groups will make it even more necessary to have a Gjallarhorn to make up for nerfed damage? Ijs Bungie...

Yeah but if a legendary is as good as a exotic What the -blam!- is the point of having exotics at all? All they needed to do was add a .5-1.5 second stun to dragons breath so the enemy stays in the solar orb for a bit.

Good point but how many legendary auto rifles are way better than the necrochasm and hardlight? Theyre exotics but have been toned down so much theyre practically useless. They still would not be better than the gjallarhorn but definitely a good alternative. There are plenty of legendaries that are just as good as some exotics if not better.
