Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Because they nerfed it to make way for a new top tier sniper in ttk. You want this great gun? then open your wallet buy ttk while spreading your cheeks.
