Why are interceptor seats small?
Think about this a moment: Interceptors are made by the Cabal, right? Cabal are 800 pounds and basically gigantic space turtles. So why are the seats to their interceptors the exact fit for a guardian and not a legionary?
Thanks for the help guys, really appreciate it. So apparently, for all who care, the interceptors are driven by psions and that's why psions often hang around their spawn locations.

Because they're for psions only

From what I can gather, the pilots of vehicles/engineers are the Psions. They are small and nimble and are usually found near any of the Cabal vehicles. Also if I remember correctly something along those lines is said in the Grimiore. Hope this helps.
