I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

The problem with Black Hammer is not that it's got incredible Damage or OP so to speak but it's ability to cause massive damage almost infinitely. For example the Devil Walker in the Devil's Lair strike. When getting to this encounter everyone I know will always pull out their Black Hammer to destroy it. Why? Because it can continue to Critically hit the boss all the time without the need to reload or stop firing. Yes it's the perk of the weapon but it also means that you can go and fire this gun all the time without having any consequence. Surely it's boring to encounter the same boss with the same weapon all the time? Black Hammer is the go to for Fallen Walkers and Archon Priests just because it can essentially deny any offensive moved from that enemy. Black Hammer will still be powerful it's own regard, but now you won't have the capability to fire infinitely. Which I believe is good. You'll be using a variation of weapons and snipers instead of just the Black Hammer is the go to boss takedown weapon.
