Since we have this huge problem of ammo coming from nowhere. By the reasoning of bungie we should also have:
String of Curses perk should take from your reserves.
Replenish perk should take from your reserves.
Clown cartridge perk should take from your reserves.
Triple tap perk should take from your reserves.
Secret round perk should take from your reserves.
Performance bonus perk takes rounds from your magazine and adds them to your reserves.
Shoot to loot takes that much ammo from your reserves and adds it to your magazine.
Mulligan perk takes from your reserves if it ever procs.
Invective's charge time should be tripled.
Super Good Advice perk should take from your reserves.
Surely I'm forgetting something but man let me tell you if your ammo accounting is pulling ammo from nowhere it should be taken from your reserves.
Sound stupid? Good. It's supposed to. Lower the impact of black hammer. Make it so it can't stun lock bosses. Keep the perk that makes it useful. Stop making lame bullet sponge giants in circle rooms where long range pot shots can take them down.
I am not saying its a good or bad idea, but maybe the methods, strategies, or solely the perks themselves are making the game too easy for Bungie's liking. I mean, look at the Gjallarhorn with Skolas, its a level 35 activity, its meant to be hard, it is probably meant to take way longer than people with the Gjallarhorn expect it to. My point is that these perks and strategies that use the perks are probably making the game way to easy in terms of what Bungie are aiming for. If that is the case i completely agree with their decision with the nerfs. It IS Bungie's game, so its their preference to difficulty that goes.
